Lightbearer's Library
Welcome to Lightbearer’s Library—a quiet sanctuary for highly sensitive men who feel invisible and alienated from the modern world.
Many gentle men have spent their lives hiding their tenderness, grief, and emotional truths. Some learned early that kindness was mocked, sensitivity was a 'weakness', curiosity was unwelcome, and being emotionally open was unsafe.
This channel exists to remind those men: you are not weak, broken, un-manly or too much.
Through slow, reflective journal-style conversations, I explore the inner world of Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), through the lens of my own life as an INFP HSP living with my INFJ HSP husband for 11 years.
This is not a space for judgment, ideology, or performance. It is a refuge where you can take off the mask and be seen for the resilient, kind, intelligent, intuitive and creative man you are.
Stay for a while.
XOXO,
Kate Harmony

The kindest men are highly sensitive (INFJ, INFP, HSP)—and they're here. If you are a gentle soul navigating a world that misinterprets your quiet strength as weakness, welcome. In Lightbearer’s Library, I remind you that your unseen depth is a profound superpower.
In this journal entry, I want to say thank you. Lately, I’ve been moving through a difficult season, and many of you have shown me immense kindness. Your words and support have been a reminder that there are still deeply thoughtful, tender-hearted humans out there who have not let the world harden them.
This is a reflection on what it means to carry things quietly, the healing power of kind words, and the slow return of light after uncertainty. Sometimes the deepest relief is simply realizing you are not alone in the way you feel.
In this entry:
• The healing power of gentle words
• Trusting the natural tides of our inner and outer world
✨ If you're here, perhaps leave a single candle 🕯️ or simply write "here." Many gentle men read every word and rarely comment. No explanation needed. Just a small sign that you're here.
Next ▶️ If you are currently navigating a difficult season, you may find comfort in the episode "When a highly sensitive man suffers…", which explores how gentle souls process pain. (https://youtu.be/T_XWdfMpBw0)

XOXO, Kate Harmony
Hello, dear soul, and welcome to the Light Bears Library. My name is Kate Harmony. In today's journal entry, I want to talk about how here in the Light Bears Library, there are the kindest people and men and women on the internet here in the comments and watching. And I just want to acknowledge that, and because you fill me with so much love. And I want to thank you for all of that. I know the last number of videos I've been feeling quite down, quite, you know, um, going through a lot of stuff just with, you know, circumstances and with relationships. And, you know, I know a lot of you are going through a lot of that as well. And so I just want you to know that your comments and your generous donations and support of signing up for the men's groups and doing audio letters. I'm so grateful. They've I feel so much hope and love from you. And I just want you to know that that has real impacts. You know, each comment, each word is, you know, I look at I look at words as as spells, you know, not in a not in any any kind of like, you know, magical way. Well, it's kind of magic. I mean, I just believe in the power of words, and our words have the power to hurt and harm people, or they can lift people up and and give them love and support and hope. And I think that your words have given me that, and I I feel like life is good and life is about to change. And both my husband and I, and he's he's also felt the love and support from your comments and your presence here on this channel. So thank you. I just want to say a big thank you that I feel the light that has re-entered, you know, is is growing, growing bigger inside of me. And I hope that, you know, you know, sometimes just just seeing others be so kind helps us to feel hopeful. I know, I know for us, my husband and I, it's just been wonderful to see that there are other kind humans out there that that we don't feel so alone in that. Other deep thinking, deep feeling humans out there. Um, people who want to, you know, think critically about what's happening in the world and don't want to get swept away by, you know, all the all the stuff. So want to keep level heads and level hearts and um, you know, but but also just yeah, finding finding ways of of um yeah, I lost my train of thought, but I just I'm feeling the love and I'm feeling hopeful and excited about this channel and all of you being here. So anyway. Um I did want to touch on though again that that idea of our words having power. If we think about our and and and before the words come out, it's our thoughts. And I know that my own thoughts, it's it's like, whoo, there's there's a lot going on in there of trying to manage, manage those thoughts and not let the the thoughts that spiral me downwards, right? Towards darkness, towards, you know, hopelessness and all the stuff that you know I've talked about on my channel, and I've talked about this idea of spiraling upwards from the very beginning, because that is my that is at the bottom of everything that I'm doing with my own life, and I want to inspire, you know, you to just we just have to like somehow shift those thoughts, turn them around to to start spiraling upward, because I know that that's a thing, you know, concentrating and focusing on a certain thought just can bring me down. And um, so I know that that's really important for us as individuals and also for us in relationship. So I know that my husband and I can it can be it can be difficult to support one another in difficult times because you know you wanna you wanna be able to hold space for all of all of the feelings, all of the the struggles and stuff that that comes up in a day. And but but also you don't want to get sucked into the the the negative feelings about what's happen what's happening. So it's kind of like a delicate, fine balance. And you know, we're we're really trying to in our in our conversations be so mindful of of yes, ex having room to express, you know, disappointment or anger or whatever might come up that that needs to of like something happening in our in our in our day-to-day, um, but not getting carried away into building a story about it or making it worse than it is or kind of all the things that goes with that. So, you know, uh if if you also f have found this in your own life, this this practicing of of not pushing the stuff down, you know, like you know, the the way somebody treats you or something in your life, um, and then you know, allowing that emotion to to just come out and and be be real about it, um, but not sort of attaching to it over and over and over again. Um, so that's kind of what we've been practicing, because I know my husband in the past has really kind of pushed, pushed um, especially like anger at how people have treated him, you know, when he's been so kind and so nice and has bent over backwards, as you probably all know, um uh if for in your own lives. Um, so it's just it's just I think it's good to just be like, that was shitty the way that person treated me, and I don't like that. So, you know, whatever, and then move on. Um as opposed to yeah, keep talking about it. Anyway, um so our our thoughts and our words are are powerful and and in relationship that that dynamic is important to be mindful of, allowing space to to talk about things, but also not getting stuck in the downward spiral of those things, because I know that we can kind of trigger each other off with like negativity. And so it's like, you know, yeah, if I'm feeling in a good place and he needs to share something that I'm always like a bit tentative. I'm like, I don't want to feel bad, but I I do I do my best to like listen. Um, because I know I know INFJ is lots of you probably are the same, you know, you need to speak, speak the words, the feelings out loud to be able to kind of understand what is happening and what is what is the feel the resonance of the words and if they're true or less true. And um, so I know that's been a great learning for us of of yeah, that that he just needs to be able to hear hear that for himself. So um and then um lastly I was thinking about the the place that I've been in, and maybe the place that a lot of you are in or have been in life, um, because I think it like the the the tides that go in and out, I think our lives, you know, we go through different stages and different phases of of life where you could think about the moon phases, you know, there's the you know the the new moon and it's dark, and then there's the full moon and it's light. So there are times of of great joy, happiness, abundance in our lives, and then there could be times where everything seems dark and um and quite hopeless. So, you know, but but knowing that it's a cycle, it's a it's a tide, it's a you know, is is important. And I think some it's almost it's almost most difficult I found to be in this this in-between state where I've been with my my channel, and I think that's where the this this shift has happened after posting my last video because some of you mentioned like that was a difficult one to publish. I'm not gonna lie, I was like, I said to Ray, my husband, I said, should I really publish this? And he's like, you say that about lots of videos. I was like, I know, but so um after publishing that, I really feel like the tide has shifted inside of me and and the you know, with the channel has shifted, and so I feel like a real energy, maybe the tide is coming back in or the moon is getting fuller, however we want to talk about that. But it's kind of the the time in between. So if you think about the time in between, you know, night and day, that that that that change in the light. And sometimes we don't see how things are are are shifting and changing actually for hopefully the better, right? I, you know, maybe I'm hoping that it's also shifting for the better for each of you. But that there's a shift in in the light, and sometimes we don't even recognize that that it is that there is change and shifting happening. And so for me, I know that's important to allow to just breathe a lot more easier, you know, with with with your donations and support signing up for all the things. Like I said, it's it's just it's just kind of lightened a load and off of the the money worries, and it's like, okay, okay, no more, no more worries, no more spinning any more uh stories and going down that road. It's like just trusting that, you know, showing up and and doing what I'm doing is why I'm here in my life, and that I've found I've found the path after, you know, however 40 some years. This is this is it. Not this is it, as in like I have reached the pinnacle, you know, like whatever, but I feel like I'm on I'm on purpose, I'm on task, right? So, and that's in in in most part thank you to all of you. And so I just I want you to know how how grateful I am to every single one of you. I I like the comments are so overwhelming, overwhelmingly good. And I it's just um I haven't there's no way I could reply to every single one of you. I wish I could, I really do, um, but know that like it's it's I I I feel you. I feel you. Okay. So um, and I'm blown away by how many of you say like I don't usually comment, and um, I just felt compelled to. Like this morning there was a 71-year-old INFJ, I think, 71, I think. Sorry if that's wrong, but um, he was saying like this is this first time, second time he's ever commented on a YouTube video. So I I don't take that, I just I don't take that lightly, and I'm so grateful for each and every one of your comments. Anyway, I just just am feeling so grateful and full of love. But lastly, I just wanted to um say that well well, just before that, um so I think that I'm feeling and that I'm exactly where I need to be. And I I encourage all of us to kind of just almost just relax into the moment where you are, and perhaps it's exactly where you need to be. And as you know, I'm I've I'm going through a lot. So I know you're you're all going through a lot too, but it's just encouraging trust, I guess. Um, and that could be trust in God for you or something, but I I don't know what it is for me, but I'm just trusting maybe in my own soul, my own spirit, whatever we want to say, to to navigate this time. So along with you. I'm so glad that you're here. So um Tuesday, June 9th, which is um I'm I'm recording this Monday, so that will be when you're watching this today on Tuesday. Um, this that evening we're at 6 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. I've been saying Mountain Standard Time, but I realized somebody was like, Can I just check that it's daylight time? Anyway, um there will be the first group. We've had so many, so many of you sign up. I'm so excited to meet you. It's gonna be wonderful. And um, I also made a group on Sunday, June 14th at 1 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time for those of you in Europe and beyond. Um, I know I've had a couple sign-ups from yeah, already on that. So that's very exciting. And then um, yeah, we'll see how we go. Uh it could be that we do we do one every week and people show up or one every kind of couple weeks. I don't know. We'll we're we're we're we're going with the flow. And um, yeah, anyway, um I hope this this was just me being just so full of gratitude, love, and appreciation for you. So hang in there. We're we're gonna all spiral upwards together. I feel it, I know it, and I just wanna say you are all the kindest men and women if they're if you're watching men on the internet here in my comments, here watching this channel, and I couldn't be happier about it. So thank you. I'm wishing you so many blessings. Signing off for today, XOXO Kate.
